This notice explains how information is handled when you use Koyis AI on a phone or tablet. Personal data described here is processed and retained exclusively under our own organization: we do not route it to outside companies to process on our behalf, and we do not park it in separate hosting environments controlled by others acting under our instructions. Any permission prompts or in-flow notices you accept continue to apply together with this page when they add detail.
This policy applies to the Koyis AI mobile application for Android and iOS distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store. If anything here differs from the publisher line on the storefront, rely on the official listing for the identity of the publisher.
Personal information that Koyis AI collects is processed and retained only by us, on systems and infrastructure that we operate and control ourselves. We do not engage any separate organization to process it for us, and we do not store it with separate storage or hosting environments controlled by others acting under our instructions.
Installing or updating from an app marketplace, or completing an in-app purchase, may produce records that the marketplace retains for billing or fulfillment under its own policies—that sits outside Koyis AI’s own information pipeline. Beyond those storefront records that the marketplace itself maintains, nothing described in this policy is processed or stored by another organization acting on our instructions.

Koyis AI is intended for teens and adults, not children under 13. If we learn we collected personal information from a child below that age without verifiable parental consent where required, we delete what we can as soon as consistent with our legal duties.
We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. The version published at this URL controls; material updates may also be highlighted in the app when regulators expect more than a silent edit.
